Back in May, the week before Memorial Day, we made our annual excursion to Emerald Isle. Return to Emerald Isle

Boy, I miss Emerald Isle!
Yes, those are jalepenos. I don't have anything else other than salsa to make. And it sure looks like I'll have to make a lot to use them all. I have also thought of jalepeno and cheese rolls! Yum.
